Do you use the CR Snap or Chrome River mobile apps to submit expense reports?
Chrome River is rebranding to Emburse and is retiring these apps. All users must switch to the Emburse Enterprise app by January 31, 2026 to ensure secure and seamless expense reporting.
Update – November 7, 2025
Some users are currently experiencing issues with the CR Snap app. Although Emburse previously communicated a retirement date of January 31, 2026, support for CR Snap appears to be limited as of now.
To avoid disruptions, we recommend switching to the Emburse Enterprise app immediately.
