Ames is Fueled by Family—one that celebrates and stands by each other during major life events.
Ames has launched a program to celebrate and support our team members who are experiencing major life events such as marriage, birth and adoption, first home purchase while working at Ames, major health issues, or the loss of a loved one.
For celebrations, Ames will send coworkers a gift on behalf of the company. In cases of illness, loss, or other sensitive situations, the program coordinators will work with office leadership to determine the best way to show support.
