Construction Inclusion Week set for Oct. 16-20

Did you know that Ames has a Diversity & Inclusion (D&I) Committee with representatives across all regions? Do you know what the committee does? If not, read on:

What is a D&I Committee?

Ames’ D&I Committee is a task force that initiates necessary cultural and ethical changes for the welfare of our employees and company. The committee assists in explaining, promoting, and encouraging the D&I objective to ensure everyone at Ames feels included, respected, and supported.

Meet your Ames D&I Committee:

Katie Odegaard – Corporate, HR Director

Melissa Abraham – Corporate, HR Compliance Manager

Whitney Larson – Midwest, Project Safety Manager

Teia Ryan – Rocky Mountain, Regional Business Manager
