What is a D&I Committee?
Ames’ D&I Committee is a task force that initiates necessary cultural and ethical changes for the welfare of our employees and company. The committee assists in explaining, promoting, and encouraging the D&I objective to ensure everyone at Ames feels included, respected, and supported.
