- Employees in Minnesota use the Aware Network.
- Employees in Utah and Nevada use the National BlueCard/Regence/PAR Network.
- All other employees use the BlueCard PPO Network.
To find a doctor in-network, visit bluecrossmnonline.com, select the network, and enter your location. You may also call the customer service number on the back of your card.

Remember, preventive care visits are always 100% covered under the medical plan, so be sure to schedule an annual physical! A preventive visit allows your doctor to evaluate your health and make sure you get the right screenings for your age, gender, and family history. This visit can help you stay healthy and may help identify health concerns before they become long-term conditions.
