Estin Bishman is a third-generation carpenter celebrating one year at Ames Construction.

“I joined the Ames team because my dad (Mike) works for the company, and I've seen firsthand the stability, pride, and opportunities it has provided him.”

Before Ames, Estin spent many summers performing concrete work. He enjoys working in the construction profession because of the opportunities it affords him to travel and work in different places.

When he is not working, Estin enjoys clay target shooting with his family.
