Ames was recently awarded a project to construct a 1,500-foot-long railway bridge over the Missouri River in Bismarck, N.D., for BNSF Railway. Work will begin in the spring of 2023 and is set to extend through the fall of 2026.
Ames will build the new bridge just north of the existing rail bridge so that the railway has the capacity to double track the river crossing in the future if needed.
