Tom Meyer

An Ames truck driver for 17 years, Tom Meyer has appreciated the family-oriented culture at Ames along with hours, pay, and benefits that were better than other employers he’s worked for.

Besides new and better trucks and equipment, the change in his time with Ames that hits him the most is the people who have retired or passed away, including Dick and Ron Ames.

Tom is looking forward to going to his cabin, having more time to hunt and fish, and spending time with his daughter, Julie.
