Todd Goderstad, Executive Vice President and General Legal Counsel, is retiring after 28 years of dedicated service.
As Ames’ first in-house attorney, Todd has been an instrumental leader, managing and directing all project-specific and corporate matters requiring legal review, managing internal and outside counsel and consultants, and applying his expertise to innumerable aspects of Ames’ business. He is a past president of Associated General Contractors of Minnesota and received a Minnesota Lawyer In-House Counsel Lifetime Achievement Award in 2022.
Todd will be here until the end of July, so feel free to reach out and congratulate Todd on a well-deserved retirement.
