Ames began a massive industrial project in North Carolina in 2022 led by our Midwest Region with support from our Southwest, Western and Rocky Mountain Regions. This project proved that employees from different regions can come together and work as ONE AMES.
As we pursue similar projects, we will need to operate as one team to execute the work successfully and continue to reach our target growth objectives.
We’re excited about the upcoming discussions at our regional meetings and jobsites regarding Ames’ strategic plan. This plan was conceived nearly one year ago, and after many discussions and a fall retreat, the plan is final and ready for a companywide rollout.
As we move into the 61st season of Ames Construction, please watch over and take care of your fellow team members. It is important that we all go home uninjured.
