Ames’ Environmental Department is excited to announce the addition of Olivia Cramm to the team. Olivia joined Ames in October 2023 as the Western Region Environmental Manager.
Olivia will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing comprehensive environmental programs to comply with environmental law and Ames’ contractual obligations. Additional duties include coordinating with project teams, developing and implementing environmental training programs, serving as Ames’ liaison to numerous regulatory agencies, and managing many other environmental compliance and reporting requirements.
Olivia served as an environmental compliance manager for another construction company for 14 years, and she has also held roles as an environmental consultant, environmental project manager, and stormwater inspector. She likes the fact that her career gives her the opportunity to be productive while spending time outdoors and benefitting society.
She graduated from the University of Utah with a Bachelor of Science in environmental studies. In addition, she is a LEED Green Associate and holds many additional environmental and construction certifications. Olivia is the mother of two boys, ages 15 and 11.
