Employee Resource Groups, or ERGs, are voluntary, employee-led groups of people who share similar identities, characteristics, backgrounds, interests, or life experiences.
Who can join?
ERGs are open to all Ames employees. If you are interested in joining an ERG,
please obtain approval from your supervisor and click the "Sign up for an ERG" button below.
