Ames team members in Utah and Minnesota, including Arika Morris (left) and Andy Anderson (right) joined an industry-wide effort in May to "Hike for Hope" benefitting the American Foundation for Suicide Prevention.

 Ames Shop Foreman Todd Allred (right) was named 2025 Outstanding Supervisor at a graduation ceremony for the Local 3 Operating Engineers Apprenticeship Program in Utah. Six active Ames apprentices graduated, and Ames was named 2025 Outstanding Employer! Congrats to everyone who was honored at this event.
