Mark Hathaway has always enjoyed solving problems, which makes his role of General Structures Superintendent a good fit for him.

“Whether it is a budget issue or some existing condition that makes the work difficult to execute, I enjoy overcoming obstacles,” he says.

Mark joined Ames at the recommendation of a superintendent he had worked with off and on for 10 years. He travels from project to project, supporting teams with crane and foundation work.

When he’s not working, Mark can be found with his wife, Jennifer, and adult children at ball games or his son’s music recitals.
