Russell Krall is new to Ames but not the industry, having worked for a different construction company for 19 years.

“Seth Alexander [Western Vice President of Operations] offered me the opportunity to move back to Nevada and I jumped all over it,” he says of his decision to come to work at Ames.

Russell enjoys building projects that improve the everyday lives of people and provide a solution to clients facing complex challenges.

“I get to see employees challenge themselves, work hard on improving their performance, and enjoy positive results by working safely, beating schedule, and satisfying our customers.”

Outside of work, his pastimes depend on the season.

“Right now I spend most of my free time coaching wrestling, skiing, chukar hunting, and ice fishing. Typically accompanied by my dog Blu.”
