When Tayler Jordan was on the job hunt, she intentionally sought out companies that truly value their employees. Ames stood out. Today, she’s working in the California office as a compliance coordinator.

I’d visit Japan. My grandma, who has traveled extensively, always says Tokyo is a must-see!

What is a family tradition you look forward to each year?

I look forward to our annual Christmas tamale party, where we prepare recipes passed down through generations with friends and family.
